Exercise is good for the arms, improving the range of motion, and mobilizing elbow.

Step 1 – Start by putting your forearm on a table, palm facing up, and supporting your wrist with your other hand.
Step 2 – Bend your elbow slightly, hold, then slowly back to the initial position and repeat, using your supported arm to guide the action.

  • Repeat 8-12 times
  • 3 sets in a row
  • Once-daily
  • 5 days a week
