It is a simple yet interesting exercise to strengthen the bottom of your toes. Step 1 – Sit straight on a chair with both feet on the floor. Place 15-20 marbles and a bowl on the ground in front of you. Step 2 – Pick up one marble at a time with your toes and place it in the bowl. Then, use one foot to pick up all the marbles. Step 3 – Do this with the other foot. Repeat 6-8 for each foot 3 sets in a row Once-daily 5 days a week
