How do I reset my password?

Tap “Forgot Password” on the login screen, enter your registered email or phone number, then follow the OTP verification steps to set a new password.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Open Profile > Subscriptions > Manage Subscription. From there you can upgrade, downgrade, cancel, or view billing history.

Why am I not receiving push notifications?

• Ensure notifications are enabled for ExerciseNow in your device settings.
• In-app: go to Settings > Notifications and toggle on your preferred alerts.
• If issues persist, email Info@exercisenow.org.

How can I update my profile information?

In the app, go to Profile > Edit Profile. You can change your name, height, weight, goals, and other details anytime.

Getting Started

• Complete Onboarding: Choose Workout, Diet, or Both, then enter your gender, level, height, weight, goals, and focus areas.
• Your First Workout: Tap Workout > select a plan > Start. Pause or resume any time and follow step-by-step instructions.
• Your First Diet Plan: Tap Diet > choose a category > review your daily meal schedule and check off items as you complete them.
• Explore Challenges: Tap Challenges > browse or create step, distance, or adventure challenges > Join to participate.

Feature Tutorials

Booking an Expert Appointment

1. Tap Book Appointment in the menu.
2. Scan your expert’s QR code or enter their access code.
3. Select date, time, and provide a description.
4. Confirm to schedule (no in-app payment required).

Creating & Sharing a Workout Post

1. From Home, tap Create Post.
2. Enter workout name, add exercises (name, duration, focus), upload media.
3. Generate and share the QR code or post directly to social media.

Joining or Creating Challenges

1. In Challenges, select All or My Created.
2. To create, choose Step, Distance, or Adventure and follow the wizard.
3. Share challenges via the native share sheet.

Account & Billing

Subscription Plans

We offer monthly, yearly, and 15-day free trials. Manage your plan under Profile > Subscriptions. All payments are processed securely via Google Play or App Store billing.

Payment Issues

If a transaction fails, check your payment method in your Google/Apple account. If you’re charged but not upgraded, email Info@exercisenow.org with your receipt.
