Quadruped full range thoracic with reach
It mainly increases the mobility of the spine. As the name suggests, the starting pose is
like a quadruped, resting on knees and hands.
Step 1 – Start with a quadruped pose.
Step 2 – Lift one of the hands by rotating the lower spine as much as possible.
Step 3 – Repeat for another side.
