



It is an exercise to improve shoulder mobility and rehab post shoulder trauma.
Step 1 – Begin lying on your back, holding a dowel in both hands with your affected arm bent at 90 degrees and your elbow tucked by your side.
Step 2 – Using your other arm and Dowel to guide the movement, slowly rotate your forearm outward, keeping your elbow tucked. Then, bring it back to the initial position and do it again.
