Isometric tricep extension

Exercise to strengthen the triceps muscles. It is resistance training that does not use any
equipment.
Step 1 – Grip one hand around the wrist by another hand in front of your chest
to perform the exercise.
Step 2 – Attempt to straighten the arm while applying resistance by another
arm. Apply this pressure for about 5 seconds and then switch sides.
Repeat 10-12 times
3 sets in a row
Once-daily
5 days a week
